By using nurest.co.uk you agree to these website terms. These terms apply to your use of this website only. They do not apply to product purchases, which will be governed by separate Terms of Sale when Nurest products become available. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

References to "Nurest", "we", "us" and "our" in these terms refer to Nurest Ltd.

The phrase "The Dual Conflict Rule" is a proprietary formulation principle of Nurest Ltd and may not be used as a brand, product, formulation framework or commercial positioning claim without our written consent.

Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use our intellectual property.

We take care to ensure content on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or free from errors at all times.

Any product descriptions, launch information, packaging details, availability or waitlist benefits shown before release are indicative only and may change before final testing, packaging, regulatory checks or sale.

We do not guarantee that any product, launch date, waitlist benefit or guide will be available at a particular time. Launch timings and availability may change.

The Journal and other skincare content on this website are provided for general skincare education only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical or dermatological advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a skin concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Waitlist and email sign-up

If you join our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Nurest about our launch, products, founder updates and related skincare content, where you have ticked the marketing consent checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@nurest.co.uk. Consent records are managed through Shopify's customer tools, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Terms of sale — coming soon

Nurest is currently pre-launch. When products become available for purchase through Shopify, separate Terms of Sale will be published covering delivery, returns, cancellation rights where applicable, refunds, faulty products, payment terms and your rights as a consumer under UK law. These will be prepared to reflect applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the law of the country or part of the UK where you live.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page will reflect when they were last updated.
